Remittance
I am trying to download a remittance PDF but it wants to open a zip file. How can I change it to PDF?

Hi KylieRyan , the Download PDF button only downloads in zip file format. This is so you can download mutliple remittances at once. Once you open the zip file you can access the PDFs.
It would be better though if the software recognised when you only want to download one remittance and downloaded it in PDF format - I'll pass that on as a suggested product improvement.
In the meantime, if you just want to download one remittance in PDF format:
- Click the Reference no of the remittance you want to download
- Click Send remittance advice.
- In Remittance advice, select the option to Download as PDF and then click Download PDF.
