Thanks for your post.
In this matter, I suggest going to Sales Settings >> Template >> Check the invoice layout you are using. You can also create a new template and then save it as default. If it will not work you may try another browser.
This Help Article is the process for Emailing, printing or downloading invoices. After that, I suggest checking the Set up of your sales templates.
