we know customer can switch on/off once 'Verification' process is completed.
BUT point here is that if subscriber switch OFF online payment he/she no going to be able to email Invoice to customer. This was confirmed to me by MYOB Customer Service employee.
Software ability to email Invoice to customer through MYOB always being part of monthly subscription until now when MYOB want to charge 2% value of invoice plus transfer fee irrelevant if Invoice is paid using MYOB system or Invoice is paid outside of MYOB system (ie direct bank transfer).
This is definitely breach of MYOB subscription contract. MYOB should reconsider what they doing and provide two options (same as there were before).
Those who want to UPGRADE and pay invoice using MYOB system (and pay fee to MYOB) they can do so.
Those who no want to 'UPGRADE still have ability to send Invoice by email (same as we doing now).
It is wrong to sell UPGRADE under SECURITY banner. In fact it is about excessive fee that MYOB want to collect from all subscribers. I am sure this will blow up of proportion and may end up in class action. We seeing several recently.
