We too are incredulous that Myob are FORCING us to go through unnecessary & time consuming verification checks for a very expensive product that we DO NOT WANT but that they are forcing on us.
We understand that we can turn it off, which makes the verification process and absolute waste of time, during which we cannot use the required features of a product that we have paid for.
We are now also actively researching other accounting software providers and will join any Class Action that results from this disgusting and extremely shonky imposition that clearly breaches our contract given that they have takes features away that we have paid for.
CathSGM - I am an accountant and have been recommending my clients MYOB for many years. This has now ceased and I will be slowly transitioning my clients to other programs.
I am absolutely disgusted with these requirement from MYOB and when I first saw the information required from MYOB I though it was a joke.
