There is a MASSIVE FLAW in this whole upgrade fiasco. Our account has (under threat) activated the Secure Invoicing, and has TOGGLED OFF the Online Payments and BPay options in the Sales Payments settings. But THIS ISN'T WORKING for our invoices. MYOB says it's because they are synched through the workflow app Service M8. That company has no permissions from us or settings in our account with them to receive online payments, but when the invoice created in the app synchs with MYOB, the online payments option is TURNED ON for all those invoices - even though our MYOB settings say Do Not Allow!
The support case I raised with MYOB took a few days to be replied to, and then the reply was a complete buck-passing, saying we need to get it sorted with Service M8. That mob said the same thing about sorting it with MYOB! So now we will likely have our upgrade downgraded and deactivate the Secure Invoicing with MYOB. All invoices will be sent directly from Service M8 (still synched with MYOB), and if I need to re-send a copy invoice from MYOB, I will download a PDF and send it as an attachment from my own email account.
What an absolute FIASCO! There should be NO WAY to have the online payments option appear when the user has not allowed this option in their account settings. MYOB - this is a big FAIL.
