Just want to email an invoice - there are no monetary transactions taking place - it's just sending an email.
This is just an excuse for MYOB to underhandedly sign people up for a service they don't want. When I took out client subscriptions with MYOB it was understood that you could email invoices. Now you can't.
As for "our information will always be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy" - what a load of rubbish. I don't see the world "guaranteed" anywhere. I'm sure all the other big names that have been hacked (Medibank, Latimer, etc.) "handled" in accordance with their privacy policy. A policy is just a statement - doesn't make it hack proof.
I now have to advise new clients that if they want a bookkeeping software solution and they'd like to email invoices then MYOB is NOT the option for them.
And, whilst on my little rant, MYOB are soooooooo busy telling us how to manage our practise and enabling features that people don't use, yet still can't increase the number of characters you can use in the notes field of a contact log!
This email issue is the nail in the coffin for me - already had one client instructing me to cancel their MYOB subscription at the end of the month.
