If you're not using a 3rd party software provider for synchronised invoicing, but purely working within the MYOB system to generate and send your invoices, you should be able to switch off "Allow Online Invoice Payments" and BPAY.
In your MYOB dashboard, find the SETTINGS icon (looks like a cog wheel). It is just to the left of your business name in the top right corner. Click it, then click on "$ Sales Settings". In the Sales Settings screen, go to "Payments" (third option after Layout and Templates). Scroll down to Invoice Payment Options > Online Payments. If you have completed the mandatory upgrade, you'll see at the bottom "You have online payments activated". Click the link below that to Edit Preferences and you'll be in another Settings screen. Click the Online Invoice Payments drop down arrow and you'll find a toggled switch to slide left to NOT ALLOW Online invoice payments. Also untick the Accept BPAY option box, then SAVE.

Hi, I've followed your steps, but when I raise an invoice the Bpay and Pay Online features are still shown on the invoice. It's like we can't remove these options. Might have to go back to creating invoices by Word document again!
I would raise a case with MYOB about this. But first do a double check that your global settings to NOT ALLOW are saved, and then I'd suggest you close the app, re-boot your computer, and then restart the app and check again. After all that, any new invoice created from within the MYOB system should not have online payments as an option in the invoice (unless copied from an existing invoice).
If they do, MYOB has some explaining to do!
Thank you for your instructions. I have restarted my computer and now the Bpay is gone but the QR code is still there. It shows the online invoice payments as "Active" but can not find where to unactivate it
