I merely wanted to delete an invoice that I filled out wrongly, but I couldn't manage to do so no matter how I tried. Moreover, I was prompted with "Something went wrong. Please try again or refresh the browser. Please try again. If the error persists, contact us." Request ID: a70ceb61-331c-4df3-995d-9220c777effc. I hope to get some clarification. Thank you!

    Hi Ming123

     

    There are various reasons for the "something went wrong" error. You might need to reach out to support to figure out what's causing it in your file. You can do this by creating a support ticket from the MyAccount window or using live chat through MOCA.
