I'm continually very let down by MYOB since moving from the offline version. I find it hard to comprehend that the price keeps going up but nothing seems to change. Supplier terms are a typical example of the really really fundamental aspects of running a business that MYOB seem to completely ignore. Ive had many other issues (One that comes to mind is not being able to ender shipping addresses on invoices without having to go back and change the contact card... which then messes up the shipping address on any previous invoice done to the same client) and they are making me resentful of MYOB.
At some point when I am not so busy I am very inclined to get rid of MYOB. I dont know if MYOB bank of the fact that people are too busy to change, but I see a lot of us who are unhappy - to the point of resentfulness - who would get out of your product given the right opportunity.
I had offline MYOB for years and it was brilliant - how can your business drop such fundamental features? Have you gotten completely out of touch with what actually running a business entails?
It would be really good if MYOB could actually at least appear to give a **bleep** about their customers. Every time I try to find answers I just get threads with upvotes but then discontinued.
