Can you please tell me how, on the new online version we can customise the templates to show job numbers - this is an integral part of our business and the new format will not let us add a "job no" column as the desktop version does.
Also on occasion we need to alter an invoice at point of sale - how do we do that once it has been recorded - the invoices are locked nad connot be altered as in the desktop version

Being able to pop job numbers onto invoice templates sounds like a ripper of an idea, doesn’t it? Good news, it’s already on the suggestion list! If you want to back it, just chuck a vote in here.
Now, about editing invoices after you've recorded them, that’s definitely something the software is designed to do. If it’s being a bit stubborn, it might be worth checking if a lock period is switched on for your file. That could be what’s throwing a spanner in the works.
