Hi,
This inability to edit the description line when sending out Invoices has been happening for me as well over the last several weeks. Have to use the cursor and cannot copy and paste/highlight information. Have posted before about this on myob community, but had no response to the problem.
Sent request for help to MYOB support, and they just 'recommended I use Chrome' (I use Firefox Mozilla), and said 'they are addressing the issue' (that was on 19/09/24) - but has not been fixed, as yet!
me too! this has been frustrating me no end...
i usually create duplicate invoices from a previous one (rather than use recurring which i find more time consuming) and now cannot use mouse to select, copy and paste text or even just click anywhere in the text box if i just want to change a small detail in that text box. for some reason i need to use my keyboard only to edit the text within - baffled. Mouse does work for everything else in MYOB like normal - just not recognising clicking within the text box.
