I get that you're looking for better optimization here. My suggestion to post in the Ideas Exchange board was to get our development team involved. Latency can be influenced by several factors like file size, number of attachments, and cached data.
Alternatively, you can chat with our virtual assistant, MOCA, on our website, or request support through myaccount.myob.com. If MOCA can't sort it out, you'll be connected to our live chat team for further troubleshooting.

this is not a ideas suggestion its a BUG FIX-this is about the time it takes to link a file to a purchase...its unacceptable it takes over 30 seconds to pull up the intray...its not our speed of internet (as I showed in the screenshot above) i have cleared my cache....not sure what you mean by number of attachments? im only attaching one file to the purchase that is not that big in size...surely im not the only one having this issue?

I understand that this might be perceived as a bug. However, the Ideas Exchange is a platform designed for submitting both enhancement ideas and bugs for validation. Currently, we are not aware of any widespread performance issues with the intray. If you create a post in the Ideas Exchange and other customers vote on it, this can help MYOB gauge the scale of the impact. This collective feedback allows us to prioritize investigating the issue alongside our planned work.
