MYOB Capture App not appearing in iOS app store

Hi, 

I have been using the Capture app for a very long time with no issues. Today I deleted it with the intention of reinstalling it as it wasn't working properly.

Now, when I go the Apple App Store, the MYOB Capture app doesn't even appear as an option for download!? I have been trying on and off for hours. It is simply not there.

 

I have previous installed this app on two other devices for our team, so I am familiar with the app and process. It is no longer on my device and not appearing in the app store as a download option. I have tried searching MYOB Capture and MYOB and have scrolled for pages but it is just not there.

Is anyone else having the same problem?

  • Hi - exactly the same experience here - it is super frustrating - PrueMYOB​ is it possible to get a time estimate of how long before it will available for redownloading?

    Yes I am having the same issue . I deleted the app as it was not working properly. I went looking for it in the App Store snd it was not there!

    very annoying how much longer before it is back??

    HI Amanda

    I have also had a clients employees that send their receipts in for reimbursement have this same issue

     

    It is very disruptive to have a service that we fully invest in that then doesnt work and we have to find ways around it

    I agree with Jozi, the app is much cleaner, quicker and simple as it sends the receipts right to where we need them

     

    Can you please send out an alert as soon as this is fixed

    Hey pjderrick1960 and sdm_kelly,

     

    Cheers for letting us know you’ve run into the same snag as Jodi. We've spotted an issue with the MYOB Capture app and want to get it sorted before popping it back up for you and the crew. We’re on the case, hunting down the fix, and as soon as she’s right, MYOB Capture app will be back in action in the App Store.

    Hi MYO Team, 

     

    I have had same problem as Jodi; the app wasn’t working. I uninstalled but then found there was no Capture app available in the App Store.

    Hi Amanda,

    Thank you for your reply, I appreciate your time. 

    I have since been able to log in on my mobile device's browser to upload images of the hard copy invoice we receive, however I will note the app is much cleaner as it is quick and simple to adjust the borders and it automatically cleans up the image to look like a scanned document, whereas the photo option in the browser is just a photo. 

    Hopefully the Capture app is up and running and available on the app store as soon as possible, as it is a fantastic app usually! 

    With all the import and in tray difficulties today, has taken me a very long time to do what I would usually do in a couple of hours. I am sure there are many others in the same boat, and I am sure MYOB is working hard to fix it.

    We were made aware that the app wasn't working properly. We are in the process of resolving those issues and can confirm it will appear back in the app store once fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience caused in the meantime, I will make sure to update you as soon as I have more information.


    In the meantime, you’ll still be able to upload receipts securely to your in-tray/uploads via the browser.
