Backorder Items on USD Invoices showing up as AUD with 6 decimal points!!

This has been an ongoing issue for over 8 years now! Given that we have been paying a subscription fee for updates and support, I believe MYOB is not meeting its commitments under our contract by not resolving this issue for over 8 years!

When invoices are issued in USD with backorders, the backordered items show up on the invoice in AUD with 5-6 decimal points!! The prices are completely invalid and confuse our clients!

How is it that this is acceptable from a professional accounting software?

Isaiah_C This has already been reported as a Pro support case as of 2 days ago as well with no action being taken on it.  This has been ongoing for 6 years though.

    Hi ozeami,

I completely understand why you’d be frustrated, especially given how long this has been happening and the impact it’s having on your customers. To get this looked into properly, the best next step is to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account. so they can review the issue in detail, check your setup, and investigate the backorder invoice behaviour in USD. If you haven’t already, please include sample invoices or screenshots showing the AUD values and decimal pricing, as that will help them assess it faster.

    Regards,

    Sai
