E-15 figure Items List Quantity on Hand

Hi,   I have done a build item transaction in myob where I have reduced BLKWD inventory item down by the full amount to make the quantity of the items we have sold. eg BLKWD -144.68 and FW20NSW 6,...

Hi Nicole19​,

 

I can see what you mean with that sneaky number still hanging around on your Items List even though the Quantity on Hand and value are showing as zero. That'd definitely make you scratch your head a bit. No stress though! For this one, our support team just needs to run a quick script over your file to tidy things up properly. The best way to get that sorted is to jump onto our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account. They'll take a look and get that lingering figure to pack its bags.
