I have found this record in the Item List, but I just can't seem to track where the excess 12 comes from. Thanks

    Hi ilifeaustralia​ , the item register screen display is well known for displaying incorrect information. You can probably rely on the register report. 

    MYOB may be able to correct the display with a script.
