Hi ysic2,
You can log each receipt of items as a separate transaction rather than having one cumulative receipt that overrides previous entries. For example, your receipt on February 21st for 5 items and the receipt on March 1st for the remaining 5 items should be entered as two distinct transactions. Additionally, I hope someone on the Community Forum will provide their input on this matter.

What I am seeing in MYOB when I do multiple receipts at different dates, is it will group the receipt into one transaction, and complete override the previous receipt. It is not recognising separate receipts in AccountRight Premier.

From what I understand, when you record multiple receipts on different dates, they shouldn't be lumped into one big transaction that overrides the previous one. Each receipt should show up as its own separate transaction. Check out these helpful links:
