Administrator Read-only Myob Assist App

I am the owner and administrator of the data file in Accountright Plus.  Transactons CAN'T be changed is unticked.  Lock Period is 01/07/2025. I can access everything on my desktop and online so I am not sure why Myob Assist is saying 'Read-only access.
