Thanks for sending that through and for pointing that out. In AccountRight, the app actually just looks at the Phone Number field, even though it isn't specifically labelled as "Mobile". So as long as the mobile number is entered in one of the phone number fields there, the app should be able to pick it up. I know it can feel a bit confusing with the three phone fields and none saying "mobile" but popping the mobile number into the Phone field usually does the trick. Here's a quick guide that goes over it as well: Email, SMS or print sales.

Hi - so we've tried -
Putting the mobile number into phone field one
Raising a test invoice
And sending via SMS
It still doesn't work.
I'm just wondering (again!!) - is there a particular setting or something that needs to be done to enable SMS delivery?
Just for clarification - just talking about the MYOB Assist App at this point
