MYOB Assist not working for staff..
I have 20 staff who have been using the Capture App to upload receipts into the system. When I set them up they were only allocated Read Only access and could not access anything other than Time billing as they were not allowed to view any part of the file and this was the only way to ensure this was the case. Now staff are telling me that they cant upload to the new Assist app as they are not able due to being read only ????? How am I able to get around giving them access to upload receipts without them having access to the file ??
