MYOB Assist note not appear for new supplier

Hi,

 

We are using MYOB assist and have found when a receipt/tax invoice is uploaded and it is a new supplier then the note added when using MYOB assist isn't appearing in the comments field when new bill is created.

 

The receipt/invoice uploads into inbox, we select create new bill, use easy add to create new supplier and for a short moment the note appears in the comment field and then disappears.

 

This only happens when MYOB doesn't recognise the supplier as it's a new supplier.

 

Please advise how we can work around this or if there is a fix.

    Good spot on the behaviour you’ve described with MYOB Assist. We’ve tested on our side and haven’t been able to reproduce the same outcome. The next best step would be for you to get in touch with our team to go through some troubleshooting and see if they can figure out what's happening for you.
