I hadn't actually thought about the client access - I agree 1Chris​ 

If you set up a new user (we called it MYOB Capture - Receipts) and only give access to Capture App User and allow online MYOB login, it will only give you the option to submit receipts. The 'send invoices on the go' is still there but you can not click on it and all invoices due section has disappeared completely.

Hopefully this assists everyone.

Thanks for this information. I noticed you blacked out the email address but can you tell me, did you setup a dummy email address, for example in gmail, so that you could you use it solely for this purpose?

Yes, I just created an email address called myobcapture@ our business name but you could set one up in gmail.

So glad I found this work around. It's working great without having to worry our employees can access things they aren't meant to.

Amanda_CWF​ which version account right do you have. We checked the preferences, and it doesn't show up as a tab to remove or add?

I found a help article that I used to create the role in the desktop version then you can allocate it as needed. It wasn't there for me at first but now working fine.
