Capture invoice
I have just been on a business trip, I used the capture receipt a number of times and only 1 has come through to my account! Please tell me that after taking the picture and sending it that it's save...

Sorry you’re having trouble capturing the invoice. If you’re using the old MYOB Capture app, you’ll need to move to MYOB Assist. Assist lets you capture receipts and supplier invoices from your phone, and sends them to your file’s In Tray. If you’re already using Assist, please make sure it’s updated to the latest version, then sign out and back in using the email address that has access to the file. You can also check that the app has permission to use your phone’s camera.
If it still won’t capture or upload the invoice, please reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so we can check and investigate this further.

Hi Sai,
I have moved to MYOB Assist, and I do have the updated app, I had one receipt come through and 3 did not. So now I have no receipt for those transactions. It has all permissions turned on. It does capture and it does send, they just don't get to my in tray. For how much we pay for MYOB you would expect things like this to work, the last app worked without any hassles, why update and ruin a good thing?

It’s completely fair to expect the MYOB Assist to work reliably as the Capture app. You’ve confirmed that MYOB Assist has all the required permissions and is up to date. Since the app captured and sent all four receipts but only one reached your In Tray, this may be more than a permissions or image issue and will need a closer look from our support team.
