Hello Earl,
The Tax Return has been completed in MYOB Practise Tax and has been lodged using the PH rebate codes provided in that platform. We are now attempting to lodge an amendment - and the error is occuring in the amendment. Your answer is not helpful in this situation. I am asking what the fix is for the error code given that in Practise tax there are limited choices for PH rebates. If anyone has a fix, please advise.
Looks like i will have to spend another few hours on the phone waiting in line for support to sort this one out.

Seems that the error is related to the the PH rebates codes within the platform. To help you troubleshoot this, please ensure that the PH rebate codes you are using are correct and up-to-date. Sometimes, errors can occur if the codes have been updated or changed. Also, make sure that your MYOB Practice Tax software is updated to the latest version. This can help resolve any compatibility issues that might be causing the error.
