MYOB Team login problem

Hi, My staff are continuing to have issues trying to login to MYOB Teams to enter their timesheets.  They are told to reset their passwords which they do, it works for a day or two then crashes again and they have to reset password & PIN.

 

Are there any fixes on the way from the software update that has casues this?

    Hi ADTrees,

     

    Login issues are definitely not ideal. At the moment, there’s nothing showing that this is related to the recent update. There are a couple of things worth trying though, as they often help with MYOB Team login issues. You can work through the steps in this forum post, since they usually sort out login problems with MYOB team app. If that still doesn’t fix it, the next best step is to reach out to our team through one of the support options on our website so they can take a proper look at your staff’s specific case.
