I am having the same issues of the photo verification not coming through - I have wasted close 5-6 hours trying to get someone on the chat. When someone does come eventually I miss them as I am doing something else and don't see that they are online. At the 3red attempt I got someone and asked me to do the above steps - which I have - deleted the app on the ipad - reinstalled the App; delete the location and readd the location with all the Employees - still no luck. Can you please advice what else I can do other than tell me go on the Chat and get help.
