Unable to set approving manager

I am following all the steps in the "Using the MYOB Team admin portal" guide, and despite having added 3 employees to MYOB Team, when I go to the location and click on the dropdown beneath "Approving Manager" I am told "no matches found" - unsure what to do.

    I am having the same problem today, he shows in the list of employees but not in the dropdown for approving manager. I've refreshed and restarted both MYOB and Teams but nothing has helped.

    Hey bethanycf,

     

    You’ve done everything right by following the guide and adding your employees, so it’s not ideal when the approving manager doesn’t appear in the dropdown. We’re aware of an issue where this can happen even if they’re already added in MYOB Team. The next step is to create a support case via My Account so our team can add your account to the list of affected users and update you once it’s fixed.
