Account suspended !

our account has been suspended since 1-5-26 despite MYOB confirming the direct debit for our May invoice has been credited!!! Anyone else experiencing this problem - we have been down for 2 days now and no one seems to be able to fix it!! MYOB- Are you going to reimburse us for loss of earnings as our operations stand still and the 30+ accountats twiddle their thumbs ? NOT HAPPY! Been a customer for 25 years and never been so outraged!
