Community Replies Locked

I posted a community question 2-hours ago and I have checked back at my post which now states "replies are locked" :-(......how do I unlock this? anyone????

Thanks for flagging that. Looks like your post was accidentally locked earlier. Sorry about that! We've now gone ahead and reopened it, so you should be able to receive replies again.
