Contacting support is a joke - want to move serial number to another entity
I cannot express the frustration i am currently experiencing in trying to contact someone, anyone at MYOB.
I've lodged online requests - nope, called 1300 number and both times after literally wating 90mins just gave up.
Is anyone else experiencing pain getting through to them after they forced us to "try" and move our files online.
Or could someone please offer a suggestion on how i can get my issue resolved. I really do need to speak to someone about it. I have two serial numbers, 3 subscriptions and am trying to cancel one to move to another entity
