Hi Mike,
In fairness, I explained it on more than one occasion in multiple chats, I also noted that at least one other user had thew same problem, so he understood, I clicked on the link you sent about MYOB M-powered services being discontinued, I never saw an email that let me know.
The other thing as mentioned, MYOB like many other other company's these days make it nye impossible to just ring and speak to a help desk like we did in the past, I've been using MYOB for nearly 25 years and although you trumpet that you have made it easier to get help, I think you have made it harder

Hi PeterLister , in fairness, there was limited information in your post to go off.
Only a phone number and the mention that it was disconnected.
In future, to help with better solutions, more information would definitely help, for example:- That this was for your customers paying your invoices (And not for yourself attempting to contact MYOB as I had assumed)
I have done some additional searching and found that the phone number you are referencing is for a service that has been decommissioned.

Hi Mike,
Not sure what the clean up of numbers in 2023 has to do with it as I used the number as recently 28/04/25 and its not paying MYOB invoices for subscriptions, its our customers paying our invoices via MYOB Pay services, I get the feeling no-one human or bot is hearing what I'm saying

Hi PeterLister , there was a clean up of phone numbers in 2023 and we consolidated 30+ numbers down.
Paying MYOB invoices for subscriptions can be done by logging in to myaccount.myob.com, this is not something we do over the phone. - PeterLister10 days agoExperienced Cover User
Just need confirmation if 1300 855558 is still a viable number for our clients to pay invoices, we have had it on our invoice for over 20 years and haven't heard that we cant use it

Hi,
I have tried again and its still "not connected" not sure if our customers still use it to pay by card but we still have it on our invoice and no-one has said its gone, we also use for our clients that provide us with their card details
Hi, we are also having the same issue. Is this a general outage?
