Monthly MYOB invoice no longer being emailed as it has for decades

Hi all.

 

Why on earth does MYOB have to change things that just dont need to be changed?

One more price rise or change and we are moving to Xero.

'Email' advice from MYOB today no longer will the monthly invoice be emailed, this system has worked perfectly for our accounting system and alerts us each month of the charge, etc. Now, you must log in and go to my account to retrieve the copy. We require a hard copy each month to be stamped for approval etc and now we have to waste time logging in, and remembering, to print the invoice off.

Another un-thought through change at MYOB by the Gen Y's and Z's. 

Give clients the option to continue receiving the email, it does not cost you!

    How is an emailed monthly invoice sensitive data?

  • I agree not sending us an invoice via email is ridiculous.

    I am a volunteer, I literaly forward the invoice to the intray/uploads to process in MYOB.

    Now I will have to go searching for an invoice each month, wasting valuable personal time.

    You are charging us money, you should be sending us an invoice to advise what the charges are for. 

    Hiding behind 'privacy and data security', its an invoice with monthly access and number of payroll charges, what needs to be private about that?????? 

    Best solution, email it to our intray/uploads for us, instead of our sign in email address!!! This is secure and we don't have to go searching for it every month, its in MYOB already.

  • Continue to provide the Invoice with secure pdf access via the email, this will avoid any issues, we get burdened with more & more Administration without any consideration of the time we waste and cannot recover, all to make it simpler for the supplier but not the end user, same with the ATO!
