my.myob change
Hi
I just found that my.myob has migrated to my account, but I can't see where all the users are. I know I have invited more than the two that show up.
I can't amend the users, and I can only invite billing contacts.
Where do I go to invite new users to my myob as we have a new employee starting next week
All these ridiculous changes that are affecting our business is frustrating
Calling MYOB is a waste of time as I hung up after almost 1.5 hours
I made a case and it's been over a month, several emails asking for an update with no response
I emailed complaints to be told too bad the change stays, even though it's affecting my ability to do my job
Their suggestion was to change the emails on my MYOB files to all be the same, but now my.myob has moved and I can't do what they have suggested
I am totally defeated. What is supposed to be a user friendly program is literally killing my time and energy just trying to do the basic things
