Was your previous accountant being billed for your MYOB subscription? If so, it may be a situation where your accountant has transferred the account details over to your new accountant.
We can investigate how the changes were made to your account, can you please email mailto:feedback@myob.com with the relevant serial number and login details that were added and the team will be able to follow up accordingly.
