new user can not find datafile online version of Accountright

Hi I have set a new user up but when he logs into the online version he can not see any datafiles. I have sent him the invite a couple of times now and the same issue. See the screen shots attached. ...

Hi Amanda

 

I did set him up from the company file, see the other screen shot.

my.MYOB created the user profile itself. when I went to try and edit it the program took me to my.MYOB.

The second screenshot you've provided looks to be the my.MYOB screen. If you follow the instructions on this page to add a user, are you prompted to invite them via my.MYOB?
