Reconciliation error

Account 1-1110 Cheque Account shows “Date last reconciled: Never” and no transactions in Reconcile Accounts. The Banking Reconciliation Report confirms the account was last reconciled on 15/02/2026 with a last reconciled balance of ($…………). Transactions for 1-1110 are visible in Find Transactions. I have tried Chrome Incognito, a short statement period and the 31/12/9998 refresh, but Reconcile Accounts still gives “Something went wrong.” HELP!!
