Forum Discussion
Hey Newbie_14 !
Thanks for joining the MYOB Community forum and I love that you're asking a question of the community unrelated to the software. I thought I would share something from myself here in case it helps.
In the stats, you should see a widget that shows you what device people were using when they visited your website.
Typically you will see:
- Mobile
- Tablet
- Desktop/Browser
Check where the majority of your traffic is coming from.
I expect that in most cases, the majority (80% and above) will be using a mobile device.
Then when you are in the editing/designer section of your pages, make sure that you are switching between the browser and mobile view of your website design. The formatting of text, buttons etc often provides a very different look when switching to mobile (see image below how to switch)
This might be some basic advice in the scheme of things, but something that I believe many people overlook.
There is potentially a lot around how your site sets up your purchasing funnel, the wording and placement of different content and more as well.
I'm excited to see if anyone else here has some ideas/advice to share?
Cheers, Mike
