MYOB Payroll Version 2023.1 Emailing

Hi there,&nbsp;I am having an issue where I am sending pay slips via Outlook 2013 or newer and the system is freezing up.It goes to generate the email, the employee's name pops up, it then disappears, no email is generated and it doesn't go on to the next person. I go to close out of the window and get an error message, please see file attached. I then have to crash the Payroll program and reopen it to continue with the pays.&nbsp;I have had our IT team look at this and they think it is due to an update of Microsoft Outlook's security. Is there an update coming for the payroll system or is there anything we can try on our end to fix the issue?&nbsp;Any help would be greatly appreciated.&nbsp;

Hi LAWLAW&nbsp;This is a known issue and because MYOB Payroll is now an older product which doesn't talk nicely to more recent Micorsoft programmes.I would try again with Outlook being closed.Try the other option to what you are using.Depending on your numbers of staff, and features you use in Payroll, you may need to look at transferrring&nbsp; to MYOB Business Payroll.
