AccountRight Plus 2013.5 Restore backup from accountant

HI,   I use my MYOB once a year for the accountant.  I send him my backup, which he can open and edit, but everytime he sends me the updated backed up file I cannot open it.   AccountRight Plus ...

I have tried restarting my computer. that didn't work.
 
Do you have the link to download 2013's latest version to reinstall?
 
Where can I get a free copy of AR2022.3 as I only need MYOB to finalize my company files this year.

Hi krist 

 

Here is a link to MYOB's downloads page.

 

AR2013.5 is only available in Server Edition - MYOB advise to use this even if you are using on a PC.

 

There is also a link to AR2022.3 - all there software is free, however the Company File must be licensed for the version you are using.

 

If this doesn't work get in touch with your accountant and find out more about what version they were using with your file.

    Hi Gavin

     

    Maybe that is the issue, I believe they only just installed 2013.5 to be able to see my file.

    Mine is very old and is only a stand alone version.

     

    I will try the server version and see if that works.
