Administrator with read only access

Please help. I am an administrator and suddenly I have read only access. I have tried re-setting but it won't allow me. My account is still active or should be as a on-going monthly payment.

Kindly send me a Private Message with this details.

 

  • Serial Number 
  • Company name 
  • Company data file id (help>>about MYOB)
  • First and last name and email address.
