Analyse Sales [Item] Report - Sold ITEM displaying as negative item one week later ?

    Hi nduro,

    Thank you for confirming. I've made some changes on the backend. Could you please log out and then log back in to see if the issue remains the same?

    Hi Earl_HD 

     

    Appparently it didnt fix it as such.

     

    Is only appearing in AUGUST. And only if you are Analyse Sales [ITEM] for a individual day. 

     

    Does not appear in September or if you Analyse the whole month of August.

      Hi nduro,

      Thanks for confirming. To fix this issue, can you: 
              1. Deselect the show inactive Items option

              2. Select the select desired Items

              3.Select show inactive Items option

              4.Click OK

              5. Run the report

      Please do let me know hw you go on this.

        Thanks.

         

        Tried that, didnt seem to be any different and every time you go back into select items drop down the "Show Inactive Items" box is still permanently checkboxed as selected.

         

        The Negative item is still in report.
