Average days to pay figure incorrect

Hi there, I've noticed a few posts going back as far as 8 months and as recently as 25 days. The average days to pay figure on some client accounts is incorrect to the tune of 10's of thousands, so...

I've relayed your concern about the incorrect "Average Days to Pay" figures to our development team. There's no specific date for when this issue will be resolved. I understand this has been ongoing for quite some time, and I appreciate your patience.

    Hi again,

    I think this is something that really should be actioned asap.  Otherwise take the average days to pay function out of the software.  It is misleading and also a waste of time.
