Block edit open invoices

I understand that a user is able to "edit" an invoice once it has been issued. Being an admin, can I block this or restrict the user profile? This is creating an issue for us as once the invoice has been issued, revenue has been recognized so if the invoice is incorrect, then our process is to credi the original invoice and reissue a new one. Unfortuntely end users are not able to understand this concept and constantly able to edit the invoice.

    Hi Rathore 

     

    Thank you for your post. Welcome to Community Forum.

     

    What you can do is manage your user's access. Go to the Set Up menu at the top >> User Access >> Select the user under Company file users >> Go to Manage Roles tab >> Click on Sales >> Click on Sales again. Here you will see boxes you can untick or tick depending on what you want the user to access.
