BPay Surcharge Fees

How can I find the amounts I am being charged for BPay surcharges when customers pay invoices online? When I look at my Online Invoice Payment Report it shows the surcharge amounts for the credit car...

Thanks for your post.

 

Kindly check if the surcharge fees if the have been passed on to the customers and this may result to $0 showing on Online Invoice Payment report. For more information regarding this, please see the Help Article: Customer surcharging for online payments.
