BPay turned off last year but still appearing on Online Payments

A client of mine has a similar problem. Online payments are turned off completely as a global setting.  Despite this, the email generated in outlook when sending the invoice still contains a usable payment link.  Invoices are raised in MYOB Accountright - not a third party import.
