Still no reply from MYOB. Followed instructions to contact MYOB complaints from Mike_MYOB but 6 days later still waiting fro a response. Also no response from original contact with Financial Services who promised to call me back with an update. The saga has now gone on for over 3 weeks. Imagine if we all ran our businesses in this manner. You should be ashamed MYOB!

Hi BenTSA its probably a little misleading to say you have not had a response, I can see you have had multiple emails back and forth with the team last week.
But I do see that there has been no solution.
As you have been dealing with the financial services team so far, I do think it would be best for you to try and resolve this with our complaints team, I am discussing with them if they can takeover your case 02188330 to work through this with you - AmandaMYOB10 months agoMYOB Moderator
