Bugs in Accountright items codes we need someone to fix please

I would like this escalated - I have just spent 30 minutes and my office manager has also spent 30 minutes with your support people who can help with this.

We have two item code issues in company file 3.  On shows 0 in stock when running the item list summary but when you go into the code its a - amount as per below

and this one shows zero in stock but shows -1 when we run the item list summary

hoping someone can fix these for us at the back end - we have tried everything - inventory adjustments etc, but nothing we can fix ourselves and neither can your support people - its a corruption/bug of some sort
