I am also having this problem. I am having to save the file then import it. Frustrating and time consuming.

What's the progress on this? I have now resorted to e mailing the invoices to my MYOB and that worked for a while. Now the invoices turn up in my in tray - but will not create an invoice/new bill. I look forward to your reply

Thanks for your post and feedback. This is currently still with our product teams who are investigating, our teams have advised to try run AccountRight live as administrator, this can be done by right clicking the AR icon > Select run as administrator.

Is there any update on when this issue will be fixed?
All our staff use this function so letting them have administrator access is not possible. Would be great if this feature was fixed as like everyone else has said its time consuming to save documents then import them over dragging and dropping.

I'm experiencing the same problem -its a real hassle
e mailing invoices to MYOB is a solution, but takes a lot longer
