Can not print or attach open orders

Since yesterday, we could not print directly through MYOB or no attachment in the emails we sent, then we found it only happens when we tried to print or attach the open orders (yellow). The closed orders(blue) are fine. Could someone help?

    Hi Princess

Thanks for getting back to me.

We can print orders now since the most recent MYOB update this week however when our team tries to email orders from MYOB, the attachment is still sometimes missing. Occasionally it works, but the issue is intermittent.

I can confirm that our printers are working fine. Thanks

    Hi everyone,

Thanks for flagging this. If this is only happening on open orders, it’d be worth clearing the AccountRight cache first, as cached data can sometimes cause odd printing or attachment issues. You can follow the steps here: Clearing the AccountRight cache

If it’s still not working after that, the best next step would be to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so they can take a closer look.

    Regards,

    Sai

Since the 2026.5 update this morning, our staff can't print any sales orders / packing slips. In either the MYOB created forms, or our own customized forms. We can print under the Purchasing, Payroll, Just not Sales.  Any help would be appreciated. ( Using Desktop online ). If we log in as Web Browser then it will print sales order, but not Packing slip.  Thoughts please people.
