I have tested this on my version and don't seem to have the issues you are facing. I would suggest giving AccountRight a reinstall.
If the reinstall doesn't work are you able to please provide me with some more details, using the "sales register" as an example, are doing any tasks within the sales register when you try to click on another area, or just as plain as opening the sales register and you are unable to click elsewhere on the command center.
Can you please confirm that no pop-up window has opened up behind the AccountRight software that requires any attention which is causing this.
